How can I return a btg addict product?

At BTG Addict, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Please make sure to handle the garments with care when trying them on — any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). In those cases, we’ll cover all associated shipping fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any original shipping fees.

Please note that custom or personalized items (including made-to-order or hand-painted products) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Can I get a refund?

Custom or hand-painted items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased online in a boutique?

No — BTG Addict operates exclusively online, so returns or exchanges cannot be made in physical stores or boutiques.
